Our Primary One children planted Sunflower seeds to help them understand the lifecycle of a plant and also the parts of a flower. This was an extension of their lastest topic minibeasts. The children learnt all about how plants, flowers and wild flowers in the local environment support the minibeast population and in turn the bird and other wildlife populations. Plus they had lots of fun getting muddy. 😃
