Today, our pupils proudly wore red to raise awareness about the importance of a healthy heart. They explored how the heart works and even learned life-saving CPR techniques to use in an emergency.
Why Heart Health Matters
The heart is the engine of the body—pumping blood, oxygen, and nutrients to every cell. Keeping it healthy reduces the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other serious conditions.
💡 Tips for a Healthy Heart
- Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains
- Stay active—aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise most days
- Avoid smoking and limit alcohol
- Manage stress through relaxation and mindfulness
