P5 class assembly

We are very proud of our wonderful primary 5 class who delivered a fantastic class assembly for Children’s Mental Health Week. They spoke about how our sense of belonging as individuals, in our friendships, in schools and communities plays a vital role in our mental health and wellbeing. They explored how our feelings are like the weather, some days are sunny, others are not, but weather (and our feelings) change. It’s important to talk to someone if we are feeling sad or upset, stop, take a breath, get outside, do some exercise, listen to music, but most importantly talk. They finished their assembly with an amazing version of This is Me from The Greatest Showman 😁
